Prompt, efficient, courteous, and professional. Baker’s crew came in and addressed all of my issues and even addressed a couple they were not responsible for. Part of the work was new equipment, but part of it was warranty work. They addressed all issues with the same helpful enthusiasm. I highly recommend Baker A/C.

Apologies in advance, I'm late getting this review out. My complet HVAC change out took place in July of 2025. The team from Baker A/C performance from start to finish was "OUTSTANDING"!!! Technician showed up when expected and fixed the problem in a timely manner.

Baker Air, always responds promptly and works with the best solution for each customer. I have been a resident of Rockport for 15 years now building a custom home. The Contractor did not install the plumbing pipes or the A/C correct. For 7 of the first years we spent over 10k with service calls and modifications to the Unit. Year 8 Baker Air took over put the returns the house needed due to being sprayin foam insualtion in the attic and walls. The house could not breathe to get air flow. The new unit is working and house is easy to keep cool.

They are amazing and always do a good job. Luis is the best . Knowledgable and honest. They service our air condtioner once a year when ever we go to our vaacation home and they schedule us during that short time without any issues. Our air conditioner was originally put in by a different company which was done incorrectly. Baker Air and Luis have come in and corrected multilpe things and set us up with some new equipment necessary to correct the issues. We highly recommend Baker Air.

I was in a bind with a failed mini-split (they didn't do the original install) in a gameroom that was going to be needed for a big birthday celebration. They went through hoops to turn it around in a day! Was installed perfectly 2 hours before guests arrrived. Hannah was great to work with and I could not have asked for more from them.

Baker AC did a fabulous job installing a completely new unit at my house. James was the lead installer, and his knowledge, patience, and friendliness was much appreciated. They communicated well, worked through rain and mosquitoes, and made sure to complete the job before taking off. Was very impressed with their service and recommend them to all! They also have a lovely warranty package!

Excellent. Efficient. Neat. I was worried about dust in our bedroom because they had to cut through sheetrock. No dust. Everything was clean. They even added an upgrade to our drain valve without asking us or charging us. Don't call anyone else for your HVAC needs.

Our daughter’s AC stopped cooling on Saturday morning. I called Baker AC and the customer service we received was refreshing! I let her know that there was an infant in the house which was getting hot. She noted that on the request for service. They came out on time and fixed the problem! I was so thankful for their urgency to get to our service call. Baker AC will definitely be our “go to” for any future AC repairs and maintenance ? Thank You again!!

It was a strange AC job by moving the indoor handler from the garage to an indoor closet and replacing all of the ductwork. The workers were diligent, honest, and amazing!

Our air conditioner went off about 1 AM yesterday morning. I just want to give a shout out to Baker A/C & Heating!! They were here and had us back up and running by 1:30 pm on a Sunday!! The service tech was so courteous and we had amazing, amazing service! THANK YOU!!! THANK YOU!!

Baker has installed SIX split units for us over the last 5 years to replace window units. We have been very pleased with their friendly and efficient service. They are personable as well as professional.

HVAC REPLACEMENT

It is as good as it gets! They used a TEAM concept with three men working on the outside unit while two men worked the inside unit. They did a clean and professional job of complete replacement of my four ton Heat(gas) and A/C unit in less than five hours. I Highly recommend Baker A/C and their team of seasoned Professionals
