They supplied new double paned windows that were cat 4 hurricane rated. The windows were tinted and can be cleaned from the inside, both top and bottom. Instillation was done very professionally. They kept us informed of how and what they were doing. The old windows were removed carefully so there would be no damage to the casing. The new windows installation went without a problem. The window openings had been measured prior, so when they were installed they fit perfectly. The space between the casing and the windows were filled with expanding foam. All of the windows were caulked, inside and out. When they finished, the clean-up was quick and efficient. The house looked great, as if nothing had been done except we had new windows on the house.

A wonderful experience with Energy Home Pros. the salesman was very clear in explaining everything and the work crew did the job in less time than originally scheduled. The also cleaned up everything, put back the blinds and also had us inspect the work and demonstrated the window operation.

Salesman took my paperwork then submitted a different price sheet, workers did half *** work and had to come back out 4 times. Still didn’t finish what the job was. Was canceled on and rescheduled on different dates then what was given. All in all a horrible company. Then shortchanged me on the door installation I paid for.

We reduced that amount of labor from the overall contract, as we were not the company who actually installed the doors for you. On larger jobs, it often does require multiple trips to the home. We apologize for any inconvenience that may have caused. Nonetheless, we did complete the work listed in the sales contract. We've made numerous attempts to contact you in regards to an unpaid balance of nearly $10,000, all with no response from you. We finally reached you after sending certified-mail, and as a result, this negative review was created. We always leave hard copies of all paperwork with the customer at the time of sale. We apologize if there may have been some confusion or miscommunication created along the way. However, we are one of the top-rated bathroom remodeling companies in the SW Texas region and have earned thousands of five-star reviews from other customers and have also earned the Super-Service award from Angie's List three years in a row."

Salesman didn't have the proper forms. Quoted one price upon which we agreed; however, when the statement arrived the cost was for double the amount. After several calls back and forth, the statement was corrected but only after lots of stress and aggravation. The installation team did not clean up after the installation. My lawn service was kind enough to clean up debris left behind. Also, will eventually have to paint over the nails used to reattach the hardiplank planks after blowing in the insulation through the holes in the cardboard lining keeping the existing insulation in place. They would have painted over the nail if I'd had the paint; however, I did not know there would be a need for paint. Therefore, I did not have any available for them. I expected they would blow in the insulation through opening in the wall into the attic. The installer found that there was not enough crawl space to use that method; therefore, they used the process I described. They only had white paint and used it to cover at 8-10 spots. However, that does not look good. After all this consternation, I HAVE noticed improvement in cooling and heating of that room. It's good insulation. The process they used, however, presented many opportunities for improvement to it.
