"Within 10 minutes of HomeAdvisor notifying J & H of my inquiry, they called and got my information of plumbing problem. We discussed possible problem, correction,, and set arrival time. Plumber was friendly, professional, and on time. He quickly corrected the problem and cleaned the area. The charge was what he had quoted and I am very satisfied!"

"These folks were great. They came out gave me a fair estimate for replacing my hot water heater. They told me what they would do like balancing the new heater and the one that was there, getting permits and arranging for an inspection from the city for example. They did what they said, friendly and respectful; took pride in their work and cleaned up after themselves. They charged me exactly what they estimated. The owner, employs his sons-in-law. They are professional and efficient. This is a family owned business. If you need a plumber. Hire these people!"
