They did a really good job educating me about what was in my water and the impacts it could have on our health and our pipes. They showed me how common contaminants like chlorine, heavy metals, and hard minerals can affect everything from skin irritation to appliance damage. They also explained how buildup in the pipes and fixtures can shorten the lifespan of plumbing systems, and how drinking and bathing in untreated water could pose long-term health risks. I always knew this city water was bad, I can taste it. Now we have clean drinking water and softened water for our whole home. Really pleased with the whole process. Travon and Isaiah were very upfront and professional with me and even printed out all the paperwork so I could have a hard copy of all my documents. This house is really old but from the beginning they went above and beyond to help make this easy and comfortable for me. Thanks to Sunni Energy I feel even better now after my showers at night!
