Truly the gold standard when it comes to commercial and residential window cleaning. We make your windows shine whether they are on the top floor of your apartment complex or whether they are on the front door of your home. We clean windows streak free using our 40 foot water fed pole and water filtration system. The water in Texas is very hard which is why we filter it to make your windows shine while being streak free.

"Trace did an amazing job. He was extremely precise and detail oriented, making sure to get every last spot. He left the driveway looking like new!"

Harbison Electric has been providing Austin Certified Master Electrician Services for Commercial and Residential Install Upgrade Replacement Repair Maintenance Design Services. If you are in need of rewiring or electrical repairs, then call us.

"Bottom line: Shane is disorganized, not as experienced as he claims, and unprofessional in his response to criticism. He seems like a nice enough guy but I will never use him again and I would advise anyone that continues to use him (as my friend who referred me to him is doing) that you should only use him for basic simple stuff and know that he has poor follow through. I used him July 2020 to install recessed lighting on the first floor of my 2 story house. It was only after drilling four holes in the ceiling that Shane realized he could not connect the wires because of the jousts set every 2 feet apart in my ceiling. He remarked that he had never seen a house like mine where I had beams going across every 2 feet. (something I later found out if farily common and shows his lack of experience). He said he would do some research and get back to me. Meanwhile, I asked for a second opinion by the electrician contracted by the home builder. He told me that if Shane had gone up in the attic, (whicch he never did), he would have realized that I had jousts set every 2 feet and would have then known, up front, that he was going to have to make more holes in the ceiling. The second electrician told me that I would need a minimum of six additional holes to complete my lighting project. When Shane finally got back to me, he said he had a friend who did dry wall and would reduce his cost for me and that I would need only 3 additional holes that needed repair. I told Shane that I find that hard to believe when the contracted builder's electrician said a minimum of 6 more holes. I told him that I would be willing to continue with him if he could guaranteee that only 3 more holes were needed and he would pay additional cost if more holes were needed. I never heard back from him. Meanwhile I had 4 recessed lights that were decorative in my ceiling but no function. One of the holes was up against the joust so that I could not rest the recessed light flush against the ceiling so Shane's work had a slightly unfinished look, never mind not functional. I called Shane twice and left a message. I spoke to a business colleague of his who referred me to him and told her that Shane was unprofessional but if he was not going to charge me, then I would not complain. I just assumed he felt guilty regarding his inexperience and the fact that I was referred by a mutual friend. Fast forward, ONE YEAR LATER! Shane calls to tell me that his receptionist was going over his books and found several unpaid invoices. I told Shane that I never received an invoice and that he ghosted me. He told me that he never received my calls and I said that does not explain why he would not call to complete his work. He argued that I told him that I did not want him to complete the work. I said this is a case of he said, she said and given that this happened ONE YEAR AGO, both of our memories could be off. He insisted he sent an invoice. I said I never received an invoice and he called me a liar so I told him to find the email he sent me and resend it. He insisted that if I wanted him to finish the job he would come back and do it so he could get paid. I said that I did not like our conversation and was not planning to ever use him again. He called me cheap. In the end, I paid him for the minor work he did with GFCI outlets and wall timer switches and we agreed he would not bill me for the ceiling work. I could write off his lack of experience and even his lack of organization but I draw the line at his unprofessional ghosting, his name calling and his general lack of willingness to accept his own culpability."

Holiday decorating services FAQs

Professional holiday decorating services cost about $1,500 on average, with prices ranging from $300 to $2,500 and more. The total price tag depends on the type and amount of decorating requested, along with additional cost factors like your home’s location, materials, and labor. Check out these common holiday decorating service costs:

  • Exterior holiday light installation: $400

  • Christmas tree decoration: $200–$600

  • Interior holiday design and decoration: $50–$200 per hour

  • Holiday landscaping: $50–$100 per hour

If you need help with your holiday decorating, the first step is determining your lighting and decor needs to narrow down your pro options. For example, if you want a custom outdoor light display with all of the bells and whistles, you’ll likely need to hire a local holiday light installer who specializes in that service. But if you only need to hang some lights inside in hard-to-reach places, consider hiring a handyperson or an interior decorator instead. It’s best to contact at least three different companies for quotes and to find out what services they offer.

The cost to install holiday lights averages about $425, ranging from $220 to $675, depending on the type of lights and installation location.

  • High roofs: $3.50–$6 per linear foot

  • Balconies: $50–$75 each

  • Outdoor tree: $75–$1,500 per tree

Christmas light installation costs also vary on light size and type:

  • Incandescent: $4–$10 per strand

  • Dome: $5–$15 per strand

  • LED: $6–$25 per strand

  • C3: $7–$30 per strand

  • C5: $7–$40 per strand

  • C6: $7–$40 per strand

  • C7: $7–$50 per strand

  • C9: $7–$60 per strand

  • Color-changing lights: $18–$60 per strand

Considering the pros and cons of hiring a professional holiday light installer can help you decide if it’s right for you. Here are some advantages and disadvantages:

Pros

  • Saves time

  • Reduces stress

  • Produces for custom, high-quality designs

  • Provides better-quality lights

  • Reduces personal safety risks

  • May Include takedown and storage services

Cons

  • More expensive than DIY light installation

  • Less control over the design

  • High demand for installers

  • Contractors may keep the lights and decorations

Hiring someone to decorate your Christmas tree costs about $400 on average, ranging from $200 to $1,500 or more, depending on the type of decorating service, size of the tree, location, and materials used to decorate the tree. Price ranges vary by service type:

  • Handyperson: $60–$125 per hour

  • Professional light installer: $300 per hour

  • Interior decorator: $50–$200 per hour

  • Christmas tree designer: $600–$1,500 per tree
