We feel very comfortable leaving our cats and feeling that their needs will be met. It seems like a well-run, professional operation. Last summer, during a terrible drought and heat wave, the sitter watered our (many) outdoor container plants and kept them alive while we were out of the country. There was an extra charge for that, but it was worth it! Our cats are fat and healthy when we get back, so we know they were cared for.

Cindy, did a perfect job. She went above and beyond in her care of our pets and home. Will we definitely continue to use her services.

We have always been happy with the service and never felt that our pets were neglected. We felt confident that if anything did go wrong, they would know what to do and would contact our vet immediately.

The service was great. The cats looked fatter when we got home than they had when we left! Each time she came, the sitter wrote a note on a form the service provides, about how the cats behaved, how they ate, what activities she did with them. We felt as though we knew how they were the whole time we'd been gone. She even turned on music for them. Also, she thought to open the doors and shut the screens so they could look out and get some fresh air. Even our shy cat came out to get petted by her. We will feel much more comfortable about leaving them now that we know they will be in good hands. I checked some of their references before engaging the service, and they were all very happy with the service.

We were searching for a pet sitter over the holiday and had been anxious that it would be difficult to find someone to provide pet sitting. Cindy responded to our initial estimate request promptly and set a time to meet us and our pet. She arrived on time and answered all our questions efficiently and was a pleasure to work with for this service. Cindy left daily "progress notes" on her visits so we knew how Lucky had been reacting. She even followed up after we got home to make sure we arrived safely and on time to ensure that she didn't need to come back to feed Lucky in case we had been delayed in our travels. We were extremely pleased with Cindy and Pawsitively Pampered Pet Sitting and will most definitely use her services again when our travels take us away for any period of time.

Overall it went well we got all the shots done and the dogs heart looked at. The place wasn't very clean. Even for the checkup we weren't seen by a doctor is was only by a vet tech. Prices were fair.

She came for an initial visit to meet the animals, get acquainted with house, security codes, keys etc. Her last service was during holiday, so in addition to bringing in paper, she watered plants, a Christmas tree, brought in packages, and put perishable items in the fridge.
