Great selection. Was able to get what we wanted with the color, glass and style we loved. Took some tike to get it in. Part was damaged so had to take even longer for that replacement. Love the door and would recommend them to everyone.

Trey Hampton the salesman was a pleasure to work with as was the installer David. I actually ordered my front door in a color that they didn't have a sample finish of and was thoroughly pleased when I had it installed. This door was installed in an existing frame and they provided new hinges, weather strip and also installed a new combination strike plate and handle set that I purchased. The other door was a complete unit and they installed it and the lock sets that I purchased. These were both installed on 6-9-17. David the installer did a good job and cleaned up afterwards. On the evening of 6-14 I noticed that the back door was rubbing in the upper left corner. I emailed Trey and he called me the next day and David came over and fixed it the following day. The customer service and experience was great and I would definitely recommend them. The reason that I gave a B (Good) on Professionalism is because I see this basically the same as Excellent. Now that it's been 8 days since these were installed, I noticed that the front door is not hot to the touch and that includes the handle set, a big difference.

Visited store; picked out door and hardware; waited 6 weeks for door to come in(knew this when we ordered it) set up a time to get it installed. Installed perfectly, now we admire it daily. What a great investment. This company takes pride in service!!

The salespeople at the shop were very helpful and professional. The day of the installation the installer was punctual, installed the door fairly fast, was friendly, and did the job with extreme professionalism. It has been three years since they installed our door. It still looks beautiful. We have had zero issues. I would recommend Front Door Company to another consumer with no hesitation.

I had used them in the past for a wood & lead glass door repair and they were very courteous and fixed the weather stripping. My builder recommended I use them for my new home's front door and they were great to work with in aspects. I had a basic design, but they made some recommendations that really made the door look proportional. The custom design turned out beautifully!

I called and got a quick inspection of the door along with a cost estimate. The appointment to actually do the work was within a reasonable period of time. The door, inside and out, was done to my complete satisfaction, and the cost was exactly what the cost estimate had been.
