Thomas did an amazing job! Detail oriented, report was easy to understand with great explanation. Loved the color coding for high importance categories. Pictures in report and physical walk through helped us new home owners understand everything clearly. Loved that he gave us the option to go to the house with him. Made things interactive and was a great way for us to learn. Answered all our questions and gave great advice. Couldn't be happier with service.
