Great communication. Friendly and professional. Arrived when he said he would. He was transparent and clear about the details of the rental. I'd definitely hire this company again for renting a dump trailer. I was not familiar with the difference between a dump trailer and a rolloff dumpster. He told me during the quoting phase that it was a dump trailer. It's about 4 feet off of the ground. It worked out fine for us. They also do other types of services and I will be looking into hiring them for some of those.
