"My 30-year old hot water heater broke. I contacted my home warranty repair company and, unfortunately, the timeline for service would have been 2 weeks out. That was unreasonable on many points. After waiting 4 days without hot water, I contacted ARS. First, they responded immediately. I set consultation for next day and the salesperson arrived on time, completed the consultation and arranged the install the same day. 2 hours later, two technicians arrived (Christian and Anthony) and WOW! From the moment they arrived until completion their execution, professional prowess and attention was beyond excellent. They kept me informed, removed the old equipment and installed the new upgrade flawlessly. I am so impressed with their performance that I am actually going to schedule my a/c, plumbing and routine maintenance with them going forward. "I had some settling issues with my foundation, and Jacob from FSS did a thorough evaluation of the problem. I had already had six different companies come by, so I was getting familiar with the routine. What impressed me about the FSS solution was that they could actually stabilize the foundation, putting it on piers that would not shift in the future, unlike the other companies. When the installation crew arrived (Thomas, Timothy and Kennen), they brought along some really impressive galvanized steel hardware. The installation crew was clean and very meticulous about the details, making sure everything was installed correctly. After the foundation was stabilized and leveled, another crew came to do a polyfoam injection under the foundation to fill the air gap left by leveling the foundation. This way the entire foundation is supported, and not resting just on the edges. Overall, I was very pleased with the work. They were certainly not the cheapest, but then, you often get what you pay for."
