At the meeting with their project manager we realized no matter how many contractors we spoke with we had to trust our got feeling rather then let the price control our decision making. We did a full kitchen remodel with ACE We worked directly with PM Jason very responsible and responsive to questions throughout the process. Basically a metal plate to cover a small section of the roof, and maybe some other supplies, and he deducted that travel/shopping time from the 4 hours in the deal."
