I got three quotes for my construction project and was most impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of AGC's representative with regard to my complex situation. Having done much of the type of work that would be done myself over the years, I could tell by how they described the repairs and what needed to be done that they were commercial grade thinkers and doers and could visualize every step of the project and explain to me the potential difficult steps and how they would solve them. The craftsmanship of the work was the best I've had after contracting with multiple companies over the years and I reached out on my own initiative twice to the project manager to complement their workers to be sure the company knew how good their people are.

Working with AGC on a complete remodel of my downstairs (living, dining, office and kitchen) was amazing. Starting with Geoff who did the initial visit and quote, to Megan who can answer any question and is the glue of the company, to Rodolfo the project manager who brought all the visions to life…it was a dream come true. My home has been transformed and I can’t wait to start on my next project with them.

We are thrilled with the final results of our major kitchen renovation. We are receiving constant compliments about it. The team from AGC did excellent work. In any such venture, there are going to be things that don't go quite as planned, but Geoff and his team were quick to address any concern we had until we were satisfied with the outcome.

Right from the start, Geoff’s team has shown great professionalism to finish the project ontime. Special kudos to Project Manager Ciara, thanks to the framers, painters etc. I have been looking around for a contractor/builder since 2019 and I was so pleased to get the work done by AGC. I would 100% recommend AGC to anyone who are looking for professionalism, the quality of work and last but not the least is how nice their team is.

If you want a pleasant, reliable, professional, fair priced, no stress project this is the company to contact. The staff are very helpful too. If you are new to remodeling I can't stress enough how important the first step "choosing the right professionals" is. Based on the three projects they have done for us they are the best!

My relationship with AGC began in late 2020 when I hired them to remodel our main bathroom. I wanted our bathroom to reflect 20,000 leagues under the sea theming, and they not only did a fantastic job, they were able to help with ideation and some thematic touches, like our squid shower drain! I invited them back last summer to remodel the downstairs portion of our home. It was a huge overwhelming project, including our kitc hen, dining room, living room, guest suite (with full bathroom) and half bath. In the short time between our first bathroom project and this one, they had already incorporated a lot of prior feedback and grown their team. I knew it would be a difficult project- I had an idea for cabinet doors that I could not find anywhere, I wanted a rustic theme, but not farmhouse, and I wanted to incorporate a kayak chandelier we made, and I had lots of ideas of colors, theming, etc. The cabinets ended up having to be custom made, and AGC really delivered an amazing product. During the process they continued to deliver first class service. They established the work site with a set of dust barriers, and it really helped keep our living area separate from the chaos. Everyone who came to the house was courteous and professional. Our space was treated with respect and I felt comfortable with everyone who came in. Any questions and concerns we had were not only answered quickly but addressed and resolved in a timely manner. Want makes them stand out? Communication? Certainly. Responsiveness? absolutely. But AGC goes beyond even that. They really care about delivering a great product and making sure you’re happy. We ran into snafus along the way, and AGC not only handled the issues, but they anticipated the ensuing chaos and helped us stay comfortable throughout it all. We demoed during the winter and had to get the gas turned off until we jumped through the permit hoops, and AGC made sure that we had heat and warm showers each day. Thank you so much to all of you for your hard work!

Everyone who came into our home for this project was very professional, friendly, and hard working. We are thrilled with the finished product - the kitchen is part of the main room of our house, so the transformation is always visible. Our floors and new kitchen brighten the whole house. We couldn't be more pleased!

This project went better than we could have hoped. AGC are the opposite of what most people think about contractors. They provided a fair estimate that reflected precisely what we wanted, they made useful suggestions, treated us respectfully, were honest about needed or changes/costs to initial plans, communicated continuously (and had people on site every day to update us), did excellent work, and best of all they finished on schedule. I would happily recommend them and will definitely use them again.

We really enjoyed working with the AGC team - Geoff, Alan, Barry and other off-screen actors. They constructed a covered porch enclosure on our home with care and a fabulous attention to detail. We have received many positive comments and enjoy the new space immensely. Everything was beyond excellent. Work was done timely and worked with me to get proper HOA approvals and county permits. Kept in the loop at every step of the way and included in project management decisions.
