Call for your free inspection INSURANCE ADJUSTERS ON STAFF to work DIRECTLY WITH YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY for STORM REPAIR with INTEGRITY. We can handle your entire roof repair claim for you. From our initial roof inspection to verify damage, to communicating directly with your insurance company to make sure all of the damage is covered in your claim. All of our installs carry the GAF Silver Pledge Warranty which includes a 10 years labor warranty backed by GAF and a 50 yr. non-pro-rated material warranty on shingles. This warranty is also transferable, once, to the next homeowner, for free.

I was totally satisfied with the entire effort. Tony and Eric were extremely helpful, always available to answer questions and provide details, and went out of their way to ensure the entire process was as stress-free as possible. There were no surprises with the estimate and their projected schedule was spot on. The installation crew was always on time, cleaned up the site daily, and worked under some trying weather conditions. Scott went way beyond what would have been expected, interfacing with my insurance company to ensure they understood the claim. I strongly recommend Roofers Direct to anyone needing roof work and would use them again.

After last month's hail storm and on the recommendation of a friend I gave The Roofer Direct a call. I'm glad I did as the process was streamless and stressless. Tony and Jay put a temporary tarp on my roof and even tarped my car as a window was busted out. They just installed my new roof and it's gorgeous. This is not the 1st hail storm I've been through in Lubbock but this was my best experience. I never felt pressured and I would give them 6 stars if I could.

This is an over due to review. In 2018 The Roofer Direct replaced my roof after the hail storm. They did an exceptional job in not only the quality of the work but in making sure insurance paid for everything that was damaged. In the recent storm I was hit again and they were my 1st. call. Scott had some one out to tarp my roof within hours and they are putting the new roof on next week. Great company and great customer service. I would highly recommend the company.

I was out of state during the installation. It was a hail damage so needs to through the insurance company. Scott from Roofer Direct is very responsive - which is very important for me. I had bad experience with roofers that went ghosting. Also, Scott is very helpful on dealing with the insurance company. So saved me a lot of time. The project itself was good, they were quick and did a good job. They even upgrade the roof up to code for free. So I am very happy with the experience with them.
