"They are quick, fair, and honest. Juan and his team showed up on time, went above in the work they provided, and made sure that we were satisfied. We will definitely hire them again and will not hesitate to recommend them to others."

"Stay Away!! "Driveway Experts" 3773 Cherry Creek Drive N.#575 720-256-0063 They paved a driveway for me 3 years ago. I was dealing with "Eddie"who I believe to be the owner. Well the driveway is crumbling in several different areas. Eddie never answers his phone, so I have left 4-5 messages explaining the issue, to have him out to bid the repairs. Nice messages, nothing negative or confrontational, just for him to call me. I never even got a call back. I told him it isn't a problem if he doesn't do "repairs" just call me and tell me that. I do not expect him to do repairs for free as there is only a 1 year warranty. Bad enough the driveway didn't hold up, and I know things happen. What a loser to not even have the courtesy to return a phone call from a past customer. I can put up with alot, but no excuse for not returning a phone call."

Paving Services questions, answered by experts

Yes, recycled asphalt driveway costs can be substantially lower than new asphalt. With new asphalt costing between $90 and $190 per ton, this option can cost as much as 10 times more than laying down asphalt millings.

Whether you should resurface or replace your asphalt driveway heavily depends on its condition. If the foundation is solid and the damage is minor, resurfacing is your best bet because it’s more affordable and faster than replacing the driveway. But if your driveway has foundational problems and/or severe damage, like large, deep cracks and potholes, then it makes more sense to replace it.

Yes, hardscaping is generally a great investment that can increase your home's value. Hardscape features improve your yard's functionality, safety, and aesthetics, which boosts curb appeal and overall property value. According to a survey by the National Association of Realtors and the National Association of Landscape Professionals, hardscape upgrades are one of the top four outdoor projects that add value to a property for resale, along with landscape upgrades, landscape management, and lawn care services. While most buyers see value in these features, some may be concerned about potential increases in property taxes or the cost to alter them later. However, the return on investment is typically excellent. For best results, hardscaping should be combined with professional landscaping, and it's wise to hire a reliable contractor for installation.

Paver driveways are durable and aesthetically pleasing, but they do have a few cons. For instance, paver driveways are often more expensive than asphalt and concrete driveways. They also make it easier for weeds to grow where the separate pavers meet up. They may also be more likely to settle over time.

Yes, pea gravel is good for driveways as long as your driveway isn’t built on a hill or any type of slope where it can slide. It’ll settle on a flat surface and create a suitable driveway over time, though some spreading initially will take place. If you're wondering how to make a gravel driveway in a high-rainfall area, using pea gravel could help you to cut down on costs needed for extra drainage solutions.
