"They are good quality windows and their customer service was great. However a little pricey. The window latch broke after a couple months and it took seven months to get it because they claimed they discontinued the windows. How am I to get a lifetime warranty on a discontinued window? And 6 months to replace a latch. Scary. I do like the windows but I will not do this again for the other windows due to price and length it took to get broken latch fixed. Not sure how good the warranty actually is"

The team worked quickly yet very careful to do every job correctly. It took about two weeks to complete our project. We are extremely pleased with the appearance of our house as it looks so updated and fresh with all that was done.
