"I was happy overall with the installation of the roof replacement on my home. I was offered the opportunity to get financing and I felt the price was very reasonable for the type of job. I had been told it would be a one day job. One of the workers became ill halfway through the first day and they left without word. I would have liked a heads up that they had to leave but would return to finish the job. I had to chase down answers. They were back the next morning to finish the job. I was a little disappointed with some damage to the siding that I was told could not be repaired and wires left hanging by the crew. The wires were quickly rectified. I was told the siding could not be replaced because it was no longer made. I find this hard to believe as there are several homes with the same type of siding so there must be SOMETHING available as a REPLACEMENT. I did not understand if they knew they had caused the damage, why they could not substitute something to cover the gaping holes. I did not care about the aesthetics at this moment. I AM concerned about rain causing damage to the interior of the walls because one of the holes is rather large. Aside from this, I am satisfied with the roof. It looks beautiful and I am happy knowing there will not be leaks from the roof. I just wish they had made more of an effort to fix or offer a remedy for the damage to the siding caused by their workers."

I have made 4 calls (at least) over several weeks, but the hardware is nowhere in site. It is clear that SelectBlinds.com is a marketing company only has outsourced all production and fulfillment to third parties and evidently has a difficult time coordinating these type of customer service issue. Extremely frustrating that my blinds have been sitting in the floor for over a month and all I need is a few screws. Happy to go to Home Depot to get the screws, but SelectBlinds can't even tell me what sizes I need."
