We-Daley's Superior is out of Lubbock, [consumer name withheld at their request] is out of Colorado, and the manager and job site are in Big Spring. [consumer name withheld at their request] and the asphalt crew only did as they were asked and instructed to at this jobsite according to the manager that was physically present at the site. The manager specifically told him what needed to be done and pointed out where it needed to be done. If there was confusion or a mix up I can reassure you that it was not on our part. We did what was asked of us by the manager. The same manager that expressed to us that she herself was even confused at times because of the way [consumer name withheld at their request] gave instructions. We definitely want out customers happy , and if [consumer name withheld at their request] needs more work done we will gladly oblige, But we will have to charge for any of the work that was not specified on the original deal.
