"We spent 14K on two new AC units for our house in 2021. We had to get the technicians out almost every year and multiples a year because something is always wrong. Some technicians were not experienced enough to diagnose the problem and wasted hours at our house. They also made careless mistakes (not connecting the draining pipe back in the attack) in Aug 2025. We had to run very loud fans for 5 days just to dry the water leak from the attic to our ceiling. The same technician was sent out in Nov 2025 and made the same mistake again. Now our ceiling is leaking again. The customer service did not even acknowledge or apologize for what we are going through. I am now worried that repeated leak may have caused permanent damage to our house. I do not recommend this company."

"We have used Bluebonnet since 2003. Over the years they have replaced 2 water heaters and handled all of our plumbing needs inside and out. The latest service was to repair a leaky toilet, replace a water filter behind our refrigerator and spot check our other toilets and both water heaters. The repairs were not totally successful on the toilet and Lee came out a second time to try one more thing before we will need to replace it entirely. If and when that happens we will not hesitate to have Bluebonnet do the installation. Lee and Frank have always done excellent work and we would recommend them for anyone's plumbing needs."

Yes, you can replace a current tank water heater with a tankless model or vice versa. If you’re maintaining the same fuel source—gas or electricity—the switchover should be smooth. Most residential water heaters use 240 volts and between 3,500 and 5,500 watts. If your appliance matches these measurements, a 30-amp breaker is likely perfect. Owners of point-of-use water heaters using 120 volts and between 1,500 and 3,000 watts often find that a 30-amp breaker is adequate.
