The plumber tech Riccie Gray showed up promptly at the the appointment time. He was very polite and professional. I needed a drain leak repaired from an upstairs bathroom tub. He was able to promptly detect and locate the source of the leakage and do the repair. He was very attentive to listen to my concerns and questions concerning the repair process and did address and answered each in a professional manner. Overall a good experience. I recommend him and ARS Rescue Rooter for any of my plumbing needs.

Not sure I selected The correct option that was repaired, but I'm not sure that it was in the list. Anyway, the plumbing lines to the AC were cleaned out and everything works perfectly now the plumber that was here was top notch and went above and beyond.

Call this company to repair my water heater and just for coming was a $85 dollars charge plus the have to contact the water heater manufacturer in order to diagnose the problem with my water heater, and that will be another $300 some plus dollars with a total of $400 and some dollar just to tell me what it⠠s wrong with my water heater, plus parts !!! That⠠s why I hire a professional company they should supposed to know how repair this type of appliance !! 𠠠𠠼𠠠𠠼𠠠𠠼𠠠𠠼𠠠𠠼

I had a hot water heater installed today. Jason did A fantastic job. He was professional, friendly and answered all questions. I have used this company for years and prices were reasonable and work outstanding, however the price for this job was unreasonable in my opinion.

Andrew was great very respectful and honest about everything. He also gave me some knowledge on other things I wasnâ t aware of.

Andrew Caraway is the gentlemen that came out to do the repairs. Unfortunately due to the age of the toilet, the parts he had on the truck were newer products. He researched where the correct parts were located, picked up the parts and finished the repair in one visit. He did an excellent job and made sure everything was running perfectly before he left. He has a great personality and we new he could be trusted. This is my 2nd experience and I would call them again.

ARS Rescue Rooters has very courteous,, knowledgeable and friendly plumbers! Their system of handling customers from the first call to the exit interview kept me completely informed on everything. I called at 11am and they arrived at 1pm. Customer Service Reps were wonderful! They called to verify the time of arrival was still acceptable as well as asked if we were eligible for Senior or Veteran discounts, they atomically applied the current coupon being offered which, at the time, was an even larger discount than the ones we were eligible to receive. A refreshing approach to saving customers on discounts without having to ask, know about or shop around. Instead they asked me and applied the best discount they had to offer on the work that needed to be done. We had utilized this companyâ s services when we bought our new water heater from Lowes. Their pricing was for everything needed to do an excellent complete installation without any â extra surprises.â They did not disappoint. So, we decided to try their services when we had a plumbing issue. Once again we were EXTREMELY PLEASED with every facet of the companyâ s customer friendly yet efficient process. It was clear that the employees were content in their positions and enjoyed what they were doing, especially the plumbers. I highly recommend this company!.
