Rescue rooter came, it was not the water heater but a copper pipe behind the water heater. They removed the water heater, fix the copper pipe, and put the water heater back. The second time was for a leaking toilet. Both times they were punctual, texted when they were on their way, performed the work in a timely fashion and the technicians were great.
