Anthony came out to fix a toilet which had started to wobble. He pulled the toilet and found that the foundation had settled and the waste flange was no longer flush with the concrete. Anthony did a great job addressing this issue and I was very satisfied with his work. I have used Action Plumbing several times and with an older home, there are always complications involved with completing the job. Anthony is a highly skilled plumber and very good at solving tricky problems and completing the work the right way, never taking shortcuts. The price paid for his work is more that reasonable, and I often feel like he could have charged a lot more for the work he performs.

I called Anthony at noon needing a water heater replacement as mine had sprung a major leak and flooded my garage and a bedroom. He was out at my house in less than 30 minutes! Not only was Anthony quick to respond but he is a master plumber, very professional, mild mannered and not pushy at all. He was able to get a new water heater unit and associated parts and have it installed in a few hours. He defaults to AO Smith water heaters but he will install whatever water heater your heart desires. Anthony's price will also include a city inspection and he will set a date at your choosing for the city to come out and inspect the work. Overall, his pricing is very competitive with the other plumbers in the area but he only accepts cash/check. What makes his small business more special is that he is much more personable and his work is more meticulous than those big companies who come out and work as quick as possible only doing a sub-par job to make the most money. I highly recommend Action Plumbing if you are looking for somebody that cares about their work as well as customer.

Anthony was here and began working within an hour or so after I called him and had the blockage cleared within 10 minutes. He also gave advice on how to prevent future issues and informed me of the city's responsibility in regards to the sewer line. Nice guy...Hopefully I never see him again, but if I do need a plumber, I wouldn't hesitate to call Anthony / Action Plumbing.

I have hired this company twice for bathroom issue and they were able to come out the same day or early the next day each time. I believe it is the owner who came out each time. He is very responsive on his call backs when leaving message. He explained what the issue was and what he was going to do to fix it. And cleaned up any mess he had made. I can't recommend this company any higher.

Very pleased. This man has a Master Plumber's license and actually solved a problem that existed for the 10 years I've owned this house - hot and cold reversed in second bathroom. I was told by previous plumber that it would all have to be ripped out, tile and all, to be fixed and would cost thousands. Action realized immediately that it could possibly be a cartridge reversed and when he checked, all it took was a replacement cartridge. He was professional, courteous and I highly recommend him.

I called Anthony after another larger plumbing service cancelled my appointment. Anthony was very nice and professional on the phone and came out that afternoon. He unclogged my washer drain in a jiffy and gave me lots of helpful tips to keep the line clean and flowing smoothly. Anthony came out the same day and replaced the cartridge on our Moen faucet. The faucet hadn't worked correctly (hard to pull on and push off) for years. Works like it should now. Friendly service as I've come to expect from Anthony

Thursday, 1 Feb, at 4:00 PM, I called Action Plumbing and Anthony Garcia answered. I told him that I needed a new toilet for my Mother’s half-bath. He asked me questions and then recommended a new Kohler toilet. He gave me an installed price which was more than acceptable and told me he could do it the next day at 10:30 AM. He showed up early and got started. In an hour and a half my Mother had a beautiful new toilet. He cleaned everything completely before installing the new toilet and then even better after he had finished. He is the best plumber I have ever worked with and would never call anyone but him. Anthony was awesome. Instead of have to replace the hookups like some other companies suggested, he worked diligently on filing the rust off to get the hoses off which was way more cost effective and much appreciated. I will definitely be using him again.

Anthony was very helpful. The leaking toilet looked to be between the base and the floor. When he pulled the toilet, he found that the leak was actually between the tank and the bowl. He reset the toilet and fixed the leak, replacing what was needed. For the other toilet he shimmied it. Because the shower problem was probably more than a bad smell, probably a foundation problem. He didn't charge for the adjacent toilet, even though the rocking. Outstanding!
