Santos was timely and responsive in all my interactions with him (in person, phone, and emails). The crew arrived before 8:00 each day, and started promptly at 8:00. My husband and I both work, so the crew was on their own. Everything was cleaned and closed up when we got home each day. Their work was outstanding, and what was most striking to me was their attention to detail. In my opinion, they actually did more than they had to (and I have high expectations).
