This project was HUGE, we asked Gerardo to pour a driveway, build a shop pad with a massive retaining wall, erect a 30x50 metal shop, add a 22x20â patio extension extending the existing roof line. Tim came ready to find solutions to screen our patio, preserving easy access to the garden and pool and giving us space to host family dinners in any weather.
