"ZERO STARS - BEWARE Customers and neighbors BEWARE NEGLIGENT Company and INSENSITIVE Owner I am writing to express my deep concern and dissatisfaction with the recent events involving Heroes Lawn Care. Their team was responsible for damaging our internet connectivity, while working on my neighbors lawn care. Initially, they damaged the first internet wire that connects to my home, which they informed us about. However, despite their awareness of not having the correct mapping of our underground wires, they proceeded to cut three additional wires, resulting in a loss of internet service that affected our home for a significant period of time. The business demonstrated negligence by persisting with trenching despite being aware of incorrect markings and severing a wire leading to our property. Instead of rectifying the error and obtaining accurate mapping, they continued trenching unabated. Consequently, the severed wires disrupted our internet connectivity, leaving my husband unable to work for hours despite attempting to use a hotspot, which proved futile due to the computer's inability to connect. This disruption had a direct impact on my husband, who is a contractor and relies on a stable internet connection to carry out his work. As a consequence of this company's actions, he suffered a loss of income. I have reached out to the owner Scott Covert multiple times, and all he mentioned that my claim was comical and that we should have used a hotspot. Oh well!"

We are a full service irrigation company. We offer repair services, residential and commercial installations, as well as drainage systems. We provide an industry leading three-year warranty on materials and labor for all of our residential installations. Therefore, we use only the very best products and equipment. Unlike many of our competitors, we do not enlist high-pressures sales tactics in order to sell you an irrigation or lighting system. We simply provide you with our best price up front and on a timely basis. We do not require meeting with you in order to give you a bid. However, we will be glad to meet you at your request. Referral lists are also available upon request. They are arrogant and can not tell 1.5 gpm from 3, 4 or 5. They try to argue with you when it is obvious they do not know what they are doing.
