Had to Call 911 - Terrible Service. Unexpected Doubling Pricing. Wouldn't leave property upon breaking Irrigation System... I had a puddle of water pooling and needed a single valve replaced. They quoted me $225, then the dug a massive hole in my yard and came back to tell me they needed to replace two valves and double the price. I was going to have someone else come out, so they brought the price down. After they were done, I turned the sprinkler on and nothing worked. The heads were drizzling water. They couldn't explain what other valve was broken or what else was wrong. They asked me to pay them $75 more to simply find the valves or tell me why it didn't work after I had just paid them to fix it. They asked for payment, and I said I needed to call their office. At that point they took a shovel and started prying out the valve they had installed and broke the irrigation valve again. Then I asked them to leave my property and they wouldn't leave. I asked them 5 more times and they were walking around my cars and up to my garage. Finally, I had to call 911 before they would leave.

They scheduled my service quickly and did an excellent job at repairing the issues. Thank you!

Some of my sprinklers had been damaged due to a pool installation and I also needed a redesign since a pool was now occupying the middle of my backyard. Montiel’s Sprinklers quickly came out and provided an estimate and got started on the job that week. The crew got my sprinklers rerouted and up and running in a day. They also warranty their work for a year. Very pleased!

I called them on Weds, and the lady was extremely polite - and I got an appointment, She called me on Friday to let me know that they would be a little late (it was literally only like 20 mins) - and they checked everything, fixed the problems, did great work at a reasonable price - highly recommend them!!

Tony and his team were beyond exceptional. He came to our home within 24 hours of requesting a quote for a major irrigation repair job. I had asked for one quote before him, and 2 weeks later, still waiting on it! Tony and crew spent close to 2 hours just doing the estimate so he could do the job right. Everything was completed in 2 days and was done exceptionally well. He communicated with us on every detail and did everything he said he would do. We will be hiring him again for our next project and have already referred his name for more work. Thank you Tony!

Overall very thorough, in their explanation and work. Walked through did the assessment and got straight to work. Once done, went through the work that was done and took pride in their craft. I appreciate their time and service. Would get with them again if any problems arise.

Antony and his crew did a fantastic job with my sprinkler system. Replaced the control panel and six sprinkler heads and got me up and running in a couple of hours. Great work at a fair price. Antony took the time to explain how my control panel worked and setup my zones. I would highly recommend them for any sprinkler issues that you may be facing.
