Great service and communication. Decided to go with their Tapco screens and am happy I did. Black steel screens also reduce glare inside house and will increase energy efficiency of home. Trim choices match my house. Door is an added security I am glad to have. Screens in all bedrooms come with emergency release. Besides protecting the windows and doors from hurricanes, these steel screens also add security to my house that regular screens can't. Installation was great and the men even cleaned my windows.

They were good. Jim Barker did a great job communicating with us, good installation. I would highly recommend them. There was a little issue but the deal is there is an issue and everything and he took care of it. Another company in the area was going to charge me twice as much.

The company representatives are congenial, professional, and helped me decide how to cover every window in my house. They cleaned up everything when they finished. The work is impeccable. The devices were installed on time and during the one day the owner said the job would take to install. The installers were professional and took time to demonstrate the evacuation feature of the screens in case of fire. Our job was certified by a Texas windstorm engineer and registered with the State TDI.

The guys were really responsive and showed up on time for the estimate. When they were running a few minutes late on the actual repair date, they called me right away, which I really appreciated. The workers were very pleasant and professional, and completed the work in the timeframe that had been estimated. I would definitely use this company again and would recommend them.
