We are a unique company in that we hire very few subcontractors. We are a crew of 5 talented craftsmen well versed in the construction industry and keep most of the work in house. Our customers are comfortable with us and never worry about their safety, thief, or just creepy feelings. I have over 30 years experience and enjoy the design/decorating aspects of the job as well. Our business is based upon referrals, and we always have repeat business with our clients. I will be glad to provide both current and past referrals. "Allan came out in November made sugestions took pictures, very impressed. Said it'd take some time. I contacted him in December he said was still real busy. Contacted him in January said he was starting the drawings, never heard from him again. I figured if they wanted my work they'd contact me. I guess my job was just too small."

"Alex Blaker and his team were referred to me by ADU small home sales person in Austin Tx. My project was creating additional barrier walls in a home for the PadSplit app. We had to add 3 electrical outlets, as well as connect a clothes washer that required all lines electrical and water to be ran. Alex was cordial, easy to work with and genuinely cares about the work and level of craftsmanship that goes into the project. You will meet Dario and others on his team who are incredibly polite, clean, and efficient. Project was completed in a little over a week. Budget: initial bid around $7800 + taxes, two owner approved add ons elevated the project around $600. (Plug relocation, and dryer vent routing) Payment was made in 3 payments over the life of the project. I like this as it lets you see the project be started first. Alex kept me in the loop every day and came over in person to inspect, and recommend updates to the job. Happy to work with Alex and his team and look forward to working with them on future projects!"
