"We have used Southern Painting on various occasions over the last 20 years and would never consider using any other company - they specialize in residential painting and only use high-quality paint. When we moved to an existing home in McKinney, we planned everything with Christian and he walked us through everything and was great in his communication with us, before-during-after the job. William was the crew Supervisor and he and his crew painted the outside of our 1.5 story home. Additionally, they cleaned, sanded, primed, and painted the 350-foot wrought iron fence around our property. They were prompt, meticulous, providing detailed workmanship. I was home the entire 2-days, and they worked tirelessly in making sure everything was done with excellence. I always wait a few weeks before writing a review, and we are not surprised with the continued expertise and pleasure of working with Southern Painting. Be sure to ask for Christian, and William and his crew ... WELL DONE!"

However, the work they do can be better by ten years old. This company provides bad quality of work and poor workmanship and they make a lot of excuses and false statements. Again, please make sure you can inspect their work if you hire this company. I would not give them a single penny until they finish the work and it is inspected by the home owner. I found many mistakes and damages to my existing shingles. Be very careful."
