"DIY installation of door sensors did not go per plan in my case.
I had crown molding and getting the alignment correct was proving to be difficult. Doing a recessed door sensor was something that was out of my DIY scope and i decided to get a professional install through a different provider.
I found this to be the best deal to buy Qolsys equipment, however I do wish the monitoring costs were more reasonable.
Cannot complain about customer service, it had been stellar and outstanding. Would definitely recommend , if you are ok with higher monitoring costs for great equipment and outstanding service.

"They did a great job. They solved all the problems I had with the chimney and it’s been working perfectly ever since. They also fixed a problem on the roof around the chimney; they replaced the wood around the chimney with a material that would never rot, so they fixed it even better than it was before. It took them a couple of days to do the work. They took care of all the cleanup as well. We've been real happy with them."

"After seeing Mark Masters installing a few roofs on my street I approached the Foreman that was overseeing the project and asked about having my property looked at.  I told the gentleman that it amazed me to watch them install the roof so quickly with so much precision and in this heat. 
Within the hour the Foreman began a thorough inspection of my roof, siding, fence, garage door, windows I mean everything.  Once he was done he showed me what he had found with the pictures he took using his IPAD.  Although there was damage present he felt that it wasn't enough to warrant a claim right now but told me not to worry because this is Texas and its only a matter of time.  When that time come I will be calling Mark Masters Service Company to replace my roof.  Matter of fact I am sure I will be calling them before then once the Foreman advised me that they also do remodels, plumbing, A/C and anything else I may need done around the house."
