Some I switched to Long Enterprises I have received dependable and professional service. I thought I needed them one time and called and had service scheduled for the next day but it was only switch delay But next day!!

All great. The tech was super polite. They cover their shoes when they enter your home

The technician checked both our systems, replaced filters, and questioned us about any problems we might have with functioning. He did necessary electrical & pressure checks & answered any questions we had. He performed his job with courtesy & professionally. The check up was scheduled a few days ahead by a secretary who called from the office of Long Enterprises.

They came out on a Thursday 6/16 and now 5 days later the problem is still not fixed. I called them to come back out today 6/22 and now I am being told they no longer service the Commerce area. I said I understand that for new customers but I have had them out before to service my units and now that there is problem, I don't get service?? I spoke to Sarah the manager who was very condescending and told me several times, " You are only a one time customer who paid only $59 for a service". I told her it shouldn't matter what I paid that I am a customer and they should make an exception seeing as how it was just last week I had them out at my property. Very poor customer service. And poor work. Do not fall for their SPECIAL, even they don't stand behind it!! I am very disappointed.

Having used Long to check my chimney I knew they were professional and honest. We scheduled, they showed up and immediately figured out the issue and made the repair. While at our home we ask for a an estimate on replacing the system. We accepted the bid and the work was immediately scheduled. Seeing the old unit come out of the attic certainly proved we had made the right decision. The crew worked through the day, competed the installation and cleaned up after. I waited several months before writing this to ensure our satisfaction. Upon writing this we have had no problems and are satisfied with the work. Regarding the price, I am unable to be 100% sure it was a good deal since I can not get a clear picture what others might have charged for the same work. Bottom line I would use them again and recommend them to my neighbors. Frankly given the fact they answer their phones, show up when scheduled and complete the work makes their service more valuable than others. I wish others would take a page from their operations manual! Don't hesitate, use them and known they will show up and return calls.

They had a special running from this site. It was found out during this inspection my furnace had several issues and that I needed to replace my unit. The tech gave me a quote for a new furnace. I did not go with them due to price, but the tech was very professional and tried his best to work with me. I would call them back again just for that. 

I assumed the appointment time of 8:00 to 12:00 was the duration of the appointment, but the technicians did not show up until 10:00 am. Within 10 minutes the inspection was completed and they recommended that I did not need a cleaning.

While the company's page said that the $85 fee included a cleaning and a certificate, I received neither. If it didn't need cleaning, ok (their the experts), but I assume the inspection certificate would be something I should turn into the insurance company to prove I did my due diligence.
