"Thank you for taking a moment to post your review. We do apologize if the scheduled repair work became stressful for you. We are at the mercy of mother nature and only work under the umbrella that she provides us with. As explained, your repair called for removing roofing material to install chimney flashing that would expose your home to the elements of direct rain should it occur. Upon investigation, it did rain on your home the first reschedule and there was a 50% chance on the second reschedule. Should it had rained while working, your home would have suffered more interior damages. Rain or shine,we was scheduled for the install at your demand a third time with a 40% chance of rain. Alan was in rout with a waiver for you to sign stating that we was not going to warranty any interior damages should it rain while work was in progress. This was going to be required because of the demands to have the work done under risky conditions not covered by our insurance. After a barrage of abusive belittling, unethical accusations and consumer unprofessionalism on all our staff members, CCR decide that a marriage was not in the best interest of either parties. CCR elected to accept the loss of the custom cricket and move to a more healthier atmosphere. Alan's work order changed from install to recovery of the chimney cricket from the side of your property. We held reservations to service you in the future and cancelled your contract. We hope you can find another contractor to complete the work for you. You should find pricing around $1295 to $1495.00 from other vendors for this large chimney repair. However you can use our contract to show the other vendors the discounted pricing quoted. This should help you negotiate the price down to around the $900 that we had the work listed for. We hope this will save you a few hundred dollars in the end. "We thank the member for taking the time to post a review. I took a moment to investigate the free bid process she requested. Alan was fighting grid lock traffic during the heavy thunderstorm's the day in rout to her free appointment. With numerous, large lightning strikes, black skies, heavy downpour and the sound of a tornado siren in the distance, he made the call to request a reschedule. The customer first returned the call to the office and not him.The office computer had the appointment under her name from 5 years ago, not the new name she identified herself by this time. This was the reason it was not readily located.The office personnel had to suffer the abuse of "F" words and insults, that In my opinion was not very lady like. Alan received the next call from the customer who demanded that he make the appointment although the news alerts on his phone advised him seek shelter.He refused due to the obvious weather conditions. He lost signal here or there and it spiraled down hill from the communication break down that occurred. He received 21 abusive text messages for over a period of 2 hours. The owner, Gavin, tried to diffuse the situation. He pulled the records from her reroof 5 years ago and emailed her a estimate as promised the next day. To this day, no acknowledgment of the estimate has been made nor any gratitude or response. In conclusion, I do apologize that we could not attend the free appointment at the scheduled time. We work under the umbrella of mother nature and we are at her mercy.This is the 5th most dangerous job in America. People die doing it everyday. We try not to risk our lives any more than needed to provide the free service. In my opinion its a shame that the foundation of review sites are being tainted in this manner. This review is obviously intended to attack the business and everyone with in the company financially. No money transferred hands for our free service nor was any true inconvenience done to the customer. This is a horrible contribution to a review site, and the reason some people are hesitant to rely on review website. Some customers seem to think its ok to complain that their pizza is a bit cold or that their dog stumped their toe at the vet. Its a shame that such a great tool can be infected by anyone in this manner. Once again, I apologize the free appointment didn't favor the way we we would like to see. I apologize that Alan and the customer had a disagreement and wish the customer the best of luck if she chooses not to hire CCR this time around. Kindest regards, CCR"

I recall sending you a email estimate for repairs 5 months ago, as well as advising you that no other storm damage was found. I was on time within my 2 hr window and professional in my appearance along with delivery of your estimate. The low grades you have decided to post leave me baffled. Im sorry if you feel you received no quality or value in my service,but I approach all customers alike. With that same approach I have achieved the highest reviews across the board. I do understand there is 8400 roofers around our area,some can be found unregistered and uninsured. We carry a full office staff and full coverage insurance. These protected measures and customer service work force are in place to guarantee you receive only the best service in our industry. I do understand a cheap roofer can be found at the local home depot parking lot or on craigs list, However, I don't believe most of the public would want the service these "companies" expedite. To give the opportunity to highlight the difference, or to compare apples to apples, we have in bold red lettering at the top of the contract "we will beat any competitors price" This tool is in place for you, the consumer. If you choose not to utilize this tool,we have no way of knowing that you are not engaged as you should be. We may not eliminate insurance,safety or staff to lower your cost,but we will always reevaluate a estimate to make sure we give you the best service at the lowest out of pocket expense without sacrificing quality. Please keep us in mind the next time you need roofing services and please explore why we lead the field in our industry in cost and professionalism. CCR"
