I will hire Michael again to come out and do more work for me! He is an absolute professional artisan with respect to his work. You just can't find folks like Michael who actually care about their craft! His price was more than fair and his work quality is the best i have ever seen!

My townhouse has an outcropping coming off the second story that was hit by a delivery truck, knocking a chunk off a corner and shaving an edge a few feet.  Michael came out, quoted a price, took a few square inches of stucco with him for a paint match and told me he'd come out and get it done when the paint was ready.  Last Friday I came home to find a big bucket with the leftover paint beneath the area he'd repaired.  It was quite simply as good as new, utterly indistinguishable from the rest of the undamaged area.
Perfect marks all around--highly recommended.

Micheal did a great job!  I thought he was very fair and easy to work with.
I would use him in again and would highly recommend him to a friend or neighbor.

Michael has been doing stucco maintenance for us for the past 3-4 years.  He comes out every year or as needed to repair/maintain.  He is thorough and professional.  We highly recommend him.

Mike responded quickly, provided an estimate, made an appointment and returned soon to do the work. Took two visits, one for the base coat and one for the finish. Very pleased, the texture is a perfect match to the surrounding stucco!

Michael did a fabulous job! If you need stucco work this is the man to call! He did a perfect job, was neat and very professional. He certainly takes pride in his work.

Michael was great to work with.  He did what he said he would do, and he did it when he said he would do it.  He was very professional and positive to work with.  The work was done well, and the cost was reasonable.  I would most certainly use him again.

I contacted Michael based on previous Angie's List reviews and explained the work that I needed to have done. He said that he would gladly come by the next day to look at the job and he asked if I would text the location information to him after our call.  The next day he called with my requested heads up about an hour before he was going to arrive.
The work I needed done was repair (effectively replacement) to a large EIFS area where my back patio and stairs butted against the house.  Additionally, there were many small nicks and dings to the stucco all around the house that needed to be touched up.  While Michael was looking that over, he also made note that the caulking around my windows needed attention.  This had been mentioned in the inspection when I bought the house, but I had not gotten around to taking care of it.  I requested that Michael include a separate quote for that work.
A few days later, I received a proposal for both the EIFS work and the caulking.  I did have a couple of questions which he promptly responded to via email.  i agreed to the proposal and he was out to my house that week.
The work took place over 3 days and I've been very satisfied with the outcome.  The EIFS work has blended in with the house very well...the color match is very close.  You can only notice the difference between the existing stucco and the patch work in a couple of spots depending upon the light.
Would definitely use Michael again and recommend to others.

He did a fine job. He was very fast on the job. He came on time for the appointment and scheduling was fine. It took him about an hour and a half to finish everything and I did not have any issues.

This was my first experience with Angie's List and it could not have turned out better. Michael had far and away the best reveiws on here, but being in the internet business I know to take review with a grain of salt. The other stucco contractors who bid the job were typical for this area. They'd show up to take measurements, tell you how they are great but not cheap, them send a bid which looked like made up numbers. The same guys who, once you sign up, send in a crew of undocumented workers to do the actual work. 
Michael is a whole other deal. Not only was his quote at "wholesale" when compared to other quotes, he does all his own work - as in himself with his own hands - no kidding!
He did every thing he said he'd do and the quality of the work was outstanding and exceeded my expectations.

If you need stucco repair, you have found a vendor you can trust.   Highly recommend.

Michael came out promptly to give an estimate, and returned just as quickly
to do the work.  He did a great job of matching the texture of the old
stucco, which is quite varied.  He is great guy and a good worker.  We
were very pleased with his professionalism, his work, and his price.

We contacted Michael to repair some synthetic stucco at our home. He responded promptly to our call and arranged to come out to review the job the next day. After obtaining the materials he needed for our stucco, he returned on the date we had agreed upon and completed the repairs to a very high level of quality. He even took the time to point out some other spots that needed repair and discussed them with us prior to doing the additional work. We were extremely impressed with Michael and would definitely use him again or recommend him to others.

Based upon Angie's List reviews I requested Michael to bid on synthetic stucco long neglected maintenance. He provided bid within 3 days of request. Bid was much lower than those from the contractors suggested by the synthetic stucco inspector. Work was accomplished promptly and professionally.

Michael completed the job in a timely manner, was very professional and his work was excellent. Thank goodness for Angies's List or I would have not found Michael. I would highly recommend!

Michael was awesome.  I had used him before to fix another problem.  This was much harder because it was on the second floor and my roof has a pretty tough pitch to it.  He rented the scaffolding and set everything up, put up cleats to walk on, did another great job, plugged all the cleat holes, cleaned up, etc.  Not to mention that he completely rebuilt the stucco framing around the window, which not only was plugging the weeping system, but was pitched wrong anyway - sending watch INTO the holes!
He did a great job and I would recommend him to anyone needing stucco work.

I had a horrible water leak in my master bedroom located in the front of the house.  I called Michael (who I found on Angie's list) to see if there was a problem with my stucco.  Michael answered right away.  He let me know he was around the corner working on antoehr house and he would stop by after he finished up to look at my house.  He called before he came over.  He got here, quickly diagnosed the problem and caulked the decorative vigas on the front of my house.  He showed me how to check for leaks the next morning.  When I asked him what I owed him, he did not want to charge me.  I could not accept that and we agreed upon $25.00 for the time and caulk.  He was there for about an hour to an hour and ahlf and did more than I asked him to do. 
Michael is awesome!  He knows stucco.  If you have a problem, you should definatley call him.
