"I paid almost $300 to have two couches cleaned. The tech showed up dragging his muddy boots and dirty carpet cleaner through my house. I assumed (wrongly) that they would vacuum the couches as part of the cleaning process. They did not. My couch had dog hair as well as ground in dirt on them. They immediately sprayed a large amount of cleaning solution directly on top of the dog hair and dirt, and then proceeded to ground all of it in with their dirty shop vac. My couches looked far worse than they did before Kiwi "cleaned" them. And the overspray got all over my carpet and wood floors and the tech walked through all of it with his muddy boots. When I called to complain they said they would reclean and send a "senior tech". Two times I left work early and waited the allotted two hour window, only to be called and told they were not coming and would need to reschedule. So I have wasted 4 additional hours waiting for them to fix what they did wrong to begin with. A refund is not an option. They give you a 30 day satisfaction guarantee, but maybe they just never come back and the 30 days lapse?? Do not waste your money on this company or service. Just awful."
