The service turned out really fine. They did a pretty good job. They were fast, they came in, did a good job, and they were in and out.

I'm not sure how to judge how long it should take but we were in a hotel room for 7 days. They got rid of the mold. The only negative thing was that my electric bill went up, i guess the dryers are very inefficient. They were nice and considerate. There were times they would say they were coming and I'd wait for them and they were either wait or decided not to come, stuff like that.

I have nothing negative to say. They did a good job. There was a small delay to get the things starting up, and there was some confusion with books, which kind of slowed down to get the things started. I was completed satisfied with the work they did. Evidently, when the hurricane hit, it took my roof off. The roofers came in to fix it. A year later, I was struggling keeping my air conditioning working. Last year was an absolute nightmare for us. They had to put secondary air conditioning units in our bedroom, and it still wasn't keeping up. Then near the end of last year, my sister started breathing inappropriately. She is allergic to mold. It took us a couple of months to figure it out, but it was a mold situation coming in, so we started having people coming out to take a look during March. I am very happy with the quality of their work. I have not compared them with anyone, and have not used service like this before. There was one-day worth of work. They did view the whole lot of material, so with that respect it seemed kind of pricey for what they were doing. The work that they did was priceless in the end. I had to pay from my pocket and I didn't have insurance; the roofers should have paid it. They were good. Their job was to put up the container to prevent the dust from spreading beyond the areas. They did the place the container above the kitchen properly. It is a family owned company. I am a very picky person. I don't like the fact that I see holes in the wallpapers and staples in the ceiling. I would recommend them, and I would use them again. They were here when they said they would, and the job was finished.

"Thank you for saying we did a good job, however there are a few things incorrectly stated in the review. First we did not remeidate mold in the home, we were subcontracted to provide containment for the HVAC company remediating mold from your HVAC system. It was your husband that I worked with and you have given us a B on responsiveness. I think if you check with him you will find I was very responsive. I contacted him immediately and there were multiple calls between he and I trying to get the HVAC company to respond. I was very proactive for him calling the HVAC company trying to get them to work with him. The work being contracted was the HVAC system and we could not provide any services until he made arrangements with the HVAC company to provide you with an air conditioning system. The amount of the bill you listed in this report is incorrect, it was less than you posted and was approiated for the work provided. We were on site for one day putting up the containment. The HVAC company was on site for multiple days and is the company that took down the containment when the job was completed and are the ones who left the staples in the ceiling. Had we been retained to provide remeidation services and took down containment, we would have insured all staples were removed when the containment was taken down. The HVAC contractor most likely does not routinely work with containment and therefore unaware they left staples behind when they removed the containment. I did call your husband when this was posted and asked him if there was anything regarding our service he was unhappy with or did he find me slow to respond and he said no, his issues were with the HVAC company. I am sorry that the stress of the situation with the HVAC company spilled over onto the report on our work as we pride ourselves in providing outstanding top quality work in a very quick manner."
