The store in San Diego stated that the Tucson store should be able to get the flooring. But when we returned, the owner said he could not do it. Something about his store's manager, that the flooring was west coast stuff, couldn't order it, whatever. So we had the flooring shipped from San Diego to our home. The installers failed to estimate the amount of flooring needed. We got way too much flooring and not enough base board, which resulted in a lot more cost because we had to have it shipped from San Diego separately. The installers weren't exactly on time, and missed a couple of appointments to return to install the late arriving base board. The store is fine. The business of not being able to order the flooring, did not make us very happy. Overall, the installation went pretty well, but not a fantastice experience.

We didn't know anything about the wood flooring. We went there on a Saturday and there was a sale going on. We met the sales person and he explained about the different types of wood carpet flooring to us. We selected the one from the average price range. We will grade them high on all categories.
