Kiwi Carpet Cleaning

I paid almost $300 to have two couches cleaned. The tech showed up dragging his muddy boots and dirty carpet cleaner through my house. I assumed (wrongly) that they would vacuum the couches as part of the cleaning process. They did not. My couch had dog hair as well as ground in dirt on them. They immediately sprayed a large amount of cleaning solution directly on top of the dog hair and dirt, and then proceeded to ground all of it in with their dirty shop vac. My couches looked far worse than they did before Kiwi "cleaned" them. And the overspray got all over my carpet and wood floors and the tech walked through all of it with his muddy boots. When I called to complain they said they would reclean and send a "senior tech". Two times I left work early and waited the allotted two hour window, only to be called and told they were not coming and would need to reschedule. So I have wasted 4 additional hours waiting for them to fix what they did wrong to begin with. A refund is not an option. They give you a 30 day satisfaction guarantee, but maybe they just never come back and the 30 days lapse?? Do not waste your money on this company or service. Just awful.

I’ve been using Kiwi for a long time. Very good company, friendly staff and always offering discounts. Kiwi also make sure the customers are happy with their services, if you’re not satisfied they will re-do your carpet.

I allowed Kiwi Services to remove 4 rugs for cleaning. I was told it would take 2 weeks. After 7 weeks the rugs were returned but I had to send 2 of them back as they were muddy and smelled terribly. I do not believe they did anything more to them than hose them down. I paid $611 (keep in mind that’s HALF the total bill) they were to disinfect and use a germicidal wash. I do not believe any cleaning solutions touched the rugs. My husband left a voicemail for a manager to call. Crickets. Beware Kiwi Dallas, very shady

It went very well and smelled great after the clean.

If they clean your carpets you get a redo for like $50 or something like that for a year. If you use a franchise they do a good job and I recommend them.

Horrible. The floors were sticky and looked worse than before the cleaning, After quite a few phone calls a properly trained employee came and redid the job. I have used this firm in the past for carpet cleaning and was pleased. I was not pleased with their job on my tile, or their responsiveness when there was a problem

I called them out when I had a water overflow in my house. They cleaned several rugs that were wet and needed cleaning anyway. Very pleased with the work. They gave me a price break for multiple rugs (3). The customer service was polite and very professional.

Everything went well. The person was prompt, neatly dressed and very professional.  No time was left to sloffing off. I have used them previously and will continue to do so. A recommendation as to stretching the carpet when needed was also suggested.;

I use Kiwi becaue they do a  great job, and offer an excellent warranty. Another reason is that  I live in mid century home with real wood floors under the carpet.  Their process for cleaning carpet does not use a lot of water, which helps to preserve my wood floors for future use.  I've used them for many years, and have always been very pleased with their work, and customer service.

very good job. I had normal traffic and stains from everyday use. It had been about 4 months since my last cleaning. He was able to get all the stains out and after the rake was used all the carpets looked beautiful. We have used Kiwi for over 20 years and have been very happy with their service.
