Before Chris provided the estimate he went over exactly what he would do and how it would be done, He also coordinated with another Company to provide his service the same day, and was here within Minitues of the other company completing their task ( removing cabinets).
Puro Clean was the easiest way to get all the water that overflowed from our washing machine out our kitchen and carpet! They were fast, on time and very knowledgeable. They gave me the best per friendly products and service to avoid any smells. Chris truly helped this mess become painless and ready for our house warming party the next day! I will highly recommend him!
Overall, the experience was so much easier and less expensive than I imagined! We feared we would have to replace the floors and have fans running for days to dry everything out. Chris was great to explain everything they were doing as they did it and answered all of my questions. Although we all hope to never have to use this service, I would highly recommend PuroClean for any water damage and will use them in the future if needed.
Working with Chris from PuroClean Property Restoration was a very good and professional experience for us. Chris Tucker the owner was great to work with. He and his crew had us back up and operating in less than six hours. They responded quickly and deployed their machines in a way that did not hinder our customers from working out. They also worked around our schedule by coming in at night, off-hours, to monitor the drying of the facility. Chris was so helpful we even had a client come to him for help on a machine. Chris brought the client to us and we helped them with their needs. PuroClean?s attention to detail and their level of Customer Service should be an example for their industry. We will certainly use PuroClean Property Restoration again if we are in need of any of their many services.
