We were overcharged $500.00 to take down a fence and it was not done.   The owner was not very professional at all and demanded all money paid out before work was complete.  He left a few long winded voice messages at 1 am demanding his money be paid by 8am the next morning.  My husband told him he would pay it at 5:00 that day because he wanted to see the work before he paid.  After work was complete a punch list was written up to be completed and was never completed.   We would never recommend or use this company again.  We did like his crew but they did not respond to the punch list either

They started immediately after giving me the estimate and were always very professional.  I gave them my key and set up a code on the alarm and they were always very respectful and careful with my residence.  I have wood floors and they covered them completely so they wouldn't get messed up.  We ran into som problems (as you do with an older house) with the flooring and had to do a lot more than expected.  They got that done and when the plumbing still had issues, they knew when to hire a very good plumber.  Even with the unexpected work and the unexpected plumber, the project cam in just a little over budget and was performed very quickly.  I LOVE my bathroom!  My contractor was Mike and he was wonderful.  He was very helpful and made great suggestions.

I had water damage and they came out and assessed the damages and set up fans to begin drying the water from the floors and walls.  They rebuilt the faces of my cabinets in the bathroom and repainted them.  The master bedroom had to have new carpet and the room was also repainted after some drywall work.  They did an awesome job and it's like having a brand new bedroom and bathroom!  They also installed a new backdoor for me and some drywall work and repainted in my upstairs bathroom while doing the other work!
