"We spent 14K on two new AC units for our house in 2021. We had to get the technicians out almost every year and multiples a year because something is always wrong. Some technicians were not experienced enough to diagnose the problem and wasted hours at our house. They also made careless mistakes (not connecting the draining pipe back in the attack) in Aug 2025. We had to run very loud fans for 5 days just to dry the water leak from the attic to our ceiling. The same technician was sent out in Nov 2025 and made the same mistake again. Now our ceiling is leaking again. The customer service did not even acknowledge or apologize for what we are going through. I am now worried that repeated leak may have caused permanent damage to our house. I do not recommend this company."

The cost to pipe a sink depends on the location. Generally, you’ll spend somewhere from $150 to $500 installing plumbing under a kitchen sink and $200 to $800 installing plumbing under a bathroom sink. The best place for a kitchen sink drain is the middle of the sink. Most people prefer center drains because they allow for better water and waste drainage, and the center location limits splashing because water flows straight down the drain hole. If the sink drain is too close to the edge of the sink, water can collect and drain too slowly. It can also be easier to clean sinks when the drain is closer to the center since debris is easier to wash down and doesn’t collect along the sides as easily.

However, if you’re replacing a large sink with a smaller sink, you’ll have to fully replace the counter because you’ll have a gap in the sink space area. But if your new sink is bigger than your old sink, your pro can simply cut into your counter to open up space for it.
