I paid this company TWICE!! And my sink is still leaking and the guy stayed on the phone the whole time and he didn?t speak English at all !! Save your money and go somewhere else please

Dear Kintex Plumbing LLC, I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction and concern regarding the warranty service recently performed at my home by your company. On 7/17/2025 your technician, Matt, came to our home to address a leak in our shower, which required a warranty replacement of the faucet head. Unfortunately, the incorrect part was installed. At the time, we were explicitly told by Matt that this part would provide a temporary fix and that once we obtained the correct item, your team would return and install it at no additional cost. Based on this assurance, we proceeded. After sourcing and purchasing the correct part ourselves, we contacted your office as instructed. To our surprise and frustration, we were then informed by your staff that your company would not honor the original agreement made by your technician and that we would be charged an additional $200 to install the correct item. This is both unprofessional and unacceptable. Had we been clearly told

Kintex overcharges and does not clean up after their work (creating hazards). Their plumber came out to my rental and offered to fix a leaking pipe for $157 plus $60 trip fee. I agreed to it via my tenant on the phone. Tenant said the plumber went to his truck, sat for a bit, then left. When I called Kintex, they denied the plumbers offer and said it would be $450. I had no choice but to pay the $450 to stop the leak. Then upon removing the wet sheetrock, the pipe almost fell on me.

Kintex Plumbing went above and beyond on repairing my issue, specifically the technician, Ranceis Ortega. Very friendly, professional, detail oriented and on time. I recommend Kintex Plumbing and Ranceis highly.

Jefery did a great job

No work was not done. Kintex Plumbing ( Javier) could not diagnose the problem. He wasted his & my time and money. This company is very greedy and incompetent. May be one of the worst plumbing company in town

Wasn’t getting any hot water. Kintex worked with me to get the earliest appointment available for a technician to come out in 2 days. Once the technician arrived on site, problem with water heater was identified and fixed within 20 minutes. After waiting 30 minutes for the water to get hot, I was back in business. Excellent customer service from start to finish. Will definitely recommend this company to others.

Our water heater went out so I called Kintex. They came out the same day to check it and were back early the next morning with a new water heater and installed it. I have never dealt with a more respectful company and I would recommend them to my family and friends for any plumbing needs.

I got connected with Kintex through my home warranty provider. They do qualify work and have timely follow ups.

The repair was done quickly & efficiently.

Terrible customer service. I booked a service with Kintex through my home warranty. The plumber showed up, told me he didnt have the equipment to perform the task required and would request another technician be sent with the proper equipment. That was a lie. The service request was invoiced without solving anything. I tried calling customer service multiple times, and they refuse to send somebody out, or to correct the billing issue. In short, this was akin to theft, and Im furious.

The technician was honest about the work that needed to be done. Did not try and sell me something I did not need. Excellent customer service.
