He then sent out another tech who looked over the installation, made the necessary corrections (proper sealing\mounting etc). The owner himself came to my house and apologized in person and made sure I was satisfied with his companies services. When the tech was finished he took pictures of the installation from the roof to show me and assured me the fan was sealed properly.
