Very professional and did a very good job

Oscar Rosales of Right Pro Electrical Services went over and above for us today. We ran into him at Ace Hardware while we were there looking for a trip circuit breaker. Two places were sold out of the one we needed (Ace and Lowes). Oscar had what we needed in his truck (thankfully!) and I asked him if he would please follow us home and help us out as we had no electricity in half of the house, and no televisions were working (and we had company). Not only did Oscar change it out for us but he also had to move furniture around, troubleshoot the problem, explained everything we needed to do in the future, and also reset our garage door (which has not worked in nearly a year since the last power outage) and did not charge us for that. He really saved the day for us today. We will call on Oscar again and we will recommend him to our family and neighbors as well. We are very pleased with the personal level of service, friendliness and professionalism.

The difference between service companies is not always what the do but what they do when things don t go well. All companies diagnosed a need for a new breaker box which was replaced. The problem was eventually associated with the meter and Right Pro was there solving the problem and didn t charge for this repair. I would hire them again

Oscar Rosales of Right Pro Electrical Services was very professional, knowledgeable of the type of service we needed and was very organized while doing the job. We needed our portable generator installed using our natural gas hookup; he also organized our electrical system to handle the electrical service we will need in the event of a power outage. He walked us through each procedure needed for start up and shut down; in addition to giving us written instructions of each step of the way. We would most certainly recommend Right Pro Electrical Services!

The electrician was thoroughly knowledgeable and professional. he listened to my concerns, and explained the solution in a way I could easily understand. He was very courteous. The service was exceptional!

We wanted the ugly ceiling box in our kitchen removed. Contacted several places but chose Right Pro based on their reputation. Their prices compared to other high end electrical companies are VERY reasonable, but the work was 100% quality. They arrived at the exact time they said they would. They were incredibly professional and polite, and did everything exactly as they said they would. The work was flawless! Throughout the entire process they would touch base with me to ensure it was exactly how I wanted it. I even forgot to buy light bulbs for our pendant light fixture over the island and they ran to Lowe s and got them for me! They stayed after they were done and showed me how to change the light color, and made sure everything was clean and perfect before going. Seriously, this is the only electrician I will use. Didn t hurt that one of the electricians was an Aggie either, Gig em!

Oscar is very professional and understanding of what a budget means. Electrical work can be scary but he made it a breathe of fresh air. Definitely going to refer to family and friends.

Oscar Rosales walked me thru the bidding process, explained what he would do and rated everything I asked to be done! He was very professional, explained the costs associated, And I agreed to do it right away. he completed 4 installations in a manner of hours and agreed to come back and intall light fixtures I had on order. He was very knowledgeable and helped me understand what the intallations would require, professionally informing me of every step necessary including permission to proceed. I would give him 10 stars if allowed.! I am allowing him to complete the next project.

Oscar was fantastic start to finish.He found a few things that our home inspector missed and walked me through the entire process needed to get everything up to code . He treated my house like his.. I will definitely call him again for any electrical needs

Very professional. I dealt with master electrician Oscar Rosales whom I found to be very friendly and pleasant. He was clear and concise in his communication and patient in answering my questions. I had my meter and breaker box replaced and the job was completed in an efficient and timely manner. Oscar dealt with my electrical provider and city inspectors as necessary. The employees were thorough and left the area in which they worked just as they found it. I would have no hesitation in using this company again and would highly recommend Right Pro for your electrical project(s).
