JD and Beryl were my technician electricians dynamic duo that West Houston Electric sent over for my project; and what a great experience! JD crushed it with job knowledge and you could tell he had a passion for his trade. He did the majority of the work up to figure out the best way to get my hybrid inverter hooked up to get me mostly off grid. Great communication and they took the time to come bring me out during parts of the job to verify and educate me on some of the things they were doing. They kept the job site clean and even helped me with a couple pointers since I was doing the rest of the Solar and Battery wiring myself. They offered a subscription that kinda combines a warranty plus a discount on the jobs, plus a couple extra home inspection items. I doubt I will keep it after the first year but it is nice to know my first year is covered. I'll certainly keep this company in mind for any future jobs that are over my head.

While the primary need was for the work to be completed, the overall experience was exceptionally positive. I do not express this lightly, as it can often be challenging to find quality service. The electrician, Landon, who was sent, was outstanding. He was both personable and courteous, while consistently demonstrating a high level of expertise, attention to detail, and professionalism. I highly recommend West Houston Electric.

Great customer service. They were able to get a technician out the same day I called. The technician went over everything he found and fixed the problem.

Very Professional and knowledgeable!!

I called and was told it would cost $69 to have electrician come out and give estimate- the $69 would be put toward repair. When technician arrived, I was told there was a $319 diagnostic feeâ ¦ in addition to the $69- which is a trip charge. What a scam! Telling me about the â diagnostic feeâ when I first called would have been the right and transparent thing to do. What a waste of $69- I wouldâ ve rather donated to charity of my choice
