We are a family-run, Dallas/Fort Worth-based waste management company, founded in 2010 as part of the rapidly growing recycling and scrap industry. We are committed to saving the planet, one scrap haul at a time. Our billing is flexible depending on the provider that we are servicing, but typically we require payment at the time of service(s) rendered.

"I listed a personal add in craigslist requesting free fill dirt. JH Management contacted me on Tuesday 5/8/2018 12:40p.m. saying they could bring 10 loads at $60 a load. I agreed to that price and asked if all the loads would be delivered same day and was told "yes". -Wednesday 5/9/2018 about 12:30 I reached out to see if any dirt was going to show up. I was told "shooting for tomorrow/Friday". -Friday 5/11/2018 at 9:04a.m. I sent a message asking if they would be bringing dirt today. No response. Asked again at 3:17p.m. JH Management response was "They keep pushing back by a day at the site. I have several additional vendors starting Monday in that area so worst case scenario we can deliver early next week." -Monday 5/14/2018 at 8:46p.m. I messaged JH Management asking if any update. No response. -Wednesday 5/16/2018 6:00p.m. I messaged JH Management again. No Response. I gave up and just assumed JH Management was a flaky business. -Thursday 5/24/2018 10:25a.m. I received a message from JH Management stating he has dirt if I still need it and they were back up and running. I didn't really need it and was somewhat turned off by how they conduct business, so I did not respond. -Tuesday 7/3/2018 1:22 p.m. I received another message from JH Management asking if I still needed dirt, that he had a vendor local that was starting a pool. I responded that I was not really needing it but if he was just looking for a place to dump it, that I would take it. JH Management responded that they had places that they can take it and pay for it. -Wednesday 8/1/2018 11:34a.m. I was again messaged by JH Management saying they could bring 8 loads for $200. I asked what time they would be at the house and was told before 1:30 and that they were running 2 trucks. I received 1 load that day and did not here from anyone. -Tuesday 8/7/2018 9:57a.m. I received a message from JH Management that they only sent 1 load the previous week but he has the rest and then we could settle up on payment. He then asked where I wanted them dumped. I told him around back where they put the first one. I return home about 1:30 and noticed JH Management just dumped 2 loads in front yard on driveway. I messaged JH Management that I am home, and would he have the next driver get me, so I can show driver where to dump them, seeing as I do not have a tractor to move all this dirt. JH Management responded, “Let’s just do 3 loads for $100 and that he would be by at 4:00 to collect payment”. Nothing surprises me from this company at this point, so I put the check under door mat and informed JH Management of that. Got home late that night and it was about to storm and just happened to go check if check was still there, it was so I brought it in. -Wednesday 8/8/2018 I wake up to mud all over driveway from the heavy rain storm the previous night. I then left for work and received a message from JH Management at 4:47p.m. the following day, that there was no check under the mat. I acknowledged that and asked him when he comes to please bring a bobcat to move the 2 dump truck loads of mud off the driveway. Here we are 8/28/2018 11:37p.m. Mud pile still in driveway and JH Management has still not got his check. Best Regards, Blake Long – L&L Painting"
