At first I thought i just needed Freon , then thought it was a bad capacitor, come to find out I needed a whole new outside unit. The price was on the higher end of the spectrum when I googled comparable pricing, however the customer service I received was excellent. All care was kept in keeping my home, inside and outside, clean and tidy. Ron was prompt and pleasant to work with. They work on Sundays, and came out immediately when I called with my air troubles. "The owner called to let me know the crew would arrive in approximately 45 minutes and they showed up on time and got right to work. Jacob, the owner and I met to discuss options for additional work, which I agreed to. They started vacuuming up the old insulation and during the process I was shown pictures of the clean attic floor and informed what room they would be working on next. They sealed around all the openings in the attic to the HVAC vents, plumbing pipes, etc. All my questions were answered to my satisfaction. Once the job was complete and new insulation blown the crew cleaned up and loose debris in the garage and driveway. I am happy with the crew and their work."

Chase and his guys came out within a couple days of my call and went through both systems top to bottom. Made suggestions for a couple minor repairs (same issues pointed out by my inspector prior to purchasing the house). I had him perform all the work and not once did he try and up-sell me on anything. Arrived 10 mins early and presented himself very professionally also his van looked very nice. Upon diagnosing the problem he explained all my options and gave me his recommendation as to what my next step should be. I decided to replace bad part and get the air conditioner tuned up. I'm was extremely satisfied with the level of service I received from mechanical comfort systems, and will use the company again for future repairs and maintenance.
