Jacob is a good salesman, but a few of those things were exaggerated, plus explanation of the building dust from 1999 trapped in the HVAC is not correct."

"The price quoted on the phone was lower. Then big upselling. I was told $75 and $85 for chimney cleaning and dryer vent cleaning. When they arrived, the prices were $85 and $99. Then they said I needed the deep cleaning for my chimney (gas fireplace). Then there was tax added for $32. The total bill was around $450. United Home charged tax, unlike other duct cleaning companies or HVAC, plumbing, electric, etc. When Frymire came to clean the HVAC vents, there was no tax added and the price was as quoted. While the customer service was excellent, I would not hire United Home again because the price was unclear. I have no idea if the quality of the work was good because I did not see any before or after pictures of the dryer vent or chimney."
