Update to my glowing April review. At first I was beyond happy with their service. They stayed late in order to get the unit installed back in April and everything was fine. However about a month ago there was a leak in my sons bedroom and the ceiling caved in. The service tech tried blaming it on us saying that we didn’t change our filters. Now if it was I would have backed off but in the pictures is the culprit. The duct wasn’t sealed and the drain pan wasn’t under the unsealed duct. They fixed it but then refused to pay for the ceiling. After paying 8k for a new unit I’m now out another 600 to replace the ceiling on a bad install job. After numerous unanswered calls I’m just done. I gave them time to correct it before leaving this review.

Jacob, the technician, came out and was wonderful to work with. He had a great attitude. They were very fair priced. I liked them enough that I signed up for a yearly maintenance agreement with them.

Bobby is very personable and provided thorough explanations throughout the process which included a detailed quote and follow up with my tenant after the work was done to ensure everything was working as expected.
