"I talked to Nick who was good enough to send a technician out the very same day that I scheduled the service. The technician, Dan, was very prompt, thorough and friendly. He cleaned and sanitized 10+ vents, HVAC system, returns, supply lines, main line, and the dryer vent which was on the roof. A lot of Groupon deals that I looked around for have up-charges for the requirements that I had, particularly since I live in a 3rd floor walk-up in the city. With Lowe's the price that was quoted was the price that I got! I will definitely use their services again!"

They started vacuuming up the old insulation and during the process I was shown pictures of the clean attic floor and informed what room they would be working on next. They sealed around all the openings in the attic to the HVAC vents, plumbing pipes, etc. All my questions were answered to my satisfaction.
