I had another company come out to check on my ac unit that was not working and the service guy said my compressor was gone and it needed to be replaced or get an entirely new system. Brayan came out to quote on a new system, but did his due diligence first and discovered a simple faulty wire chewed by a rat. He didn?t take the other guys word for it or try to sell me a whole new unit right off the bat. My unit is old and will need to be replaced before too long and I?m sure 100% this is the company THERMO CARE HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING that has earned that business. I highly recommend Thermo care for any air conditioning service after getting my home back to cooling. they are a small business and I thought to give them a shot. Which I am so glad I called.
