It is July 4th! Every big company I called said they didn t have any parts in stock, they could maybe help me next week I was so stressed out and so upset. Called Ruben s, Carlos showed up in two hours, when he said he would, he had the part on his truck and now I ve got air-conditioning! And he didn t up-charge me or give me a bunch of fast talking. No extra for the holiday. He explained and showed me stuff. I am very, very, very pleased and will recommend them again.

Came within 1.5 hours even though it was Sunday afternoon. Diagnosed and Did the repair requested. Warned of possible issues and made suggestions on options for repair or replacement. Very personable - knowledgeable - quick and thorough. Explained and answered my questions

He works on Sundays for no extra charge. When I did the request to be contacted by three companies, he called within 30 minutes and was at my house two hours later. Haven't heard from the other two. Very professional. The charge was $300 to unplug lines in air conditioning units (2) and install safety valves that will turn off A/C if leaks occur. I called because my house smelled like mothballs!
