This was an installation over two years ago without any communication until this review. If you are having weed problems, please hire a licensed lawn treatment company for their recommendations. We can try and help with their directions. Our team took the time to level the yard during installation and took extra measures to remove any existing grass and weeds. Please have a licensed lawn treatment company diagnose your yard and we guarantee our grass or plants for one year in most cases (most companies have no warranty). We never asked for money upfront to ensure the consumer is happy and that was the case at completion. I'm sorry you feel this type of way towards our firm, but if you reach out, we will stand behind our services. We hang our hats on quality and customer service. We are here to help in any way possible and get better every day for our customers to have the best experience when dealing with a contractor. If the weather hasn’t been cooperating, it then pushes us back of schedule. If that happens, we normally call/text the client and let them know an update. Our team members are very experienced and when we arrive to a project they all have their own job. All of the members assume their jobs to accomplish the task, as a unit. Your job was a very low value job but we also we came with two different teams to accomplish the job. The owner himself (Mark Morales) was on -site helping the guys in completing the project. Mark helped along side the guys to accomplish the job. I’ve never heard of us rushing a job, as a small business we take great pride in our service and final product. Our teams are very professional and we hang our hat on service and quality work."
